Elvis Tineo has been a force to reckon with in the Cup of Excellence competition for two years in a row. He is a proud second-generation coffee producer with 3 hectares of his own land, growing bourbon, caturra, and catuai variety coffee shrubs. His success at tournament is the result of meticulous standards implemented by Elvis and his family -who share the job of coordinating the picking, processing, and drying of his product. Their expertise shines through vigorously in this cup, offering notes of caramel, dried apple, and almond. This coffee was a hit at our roastery and we can’t wait for you to try it.
