Although coffee is Uganda’s highest export, it is often underrepresented in the specialty sector, and has historically been associated with commercial grade Robusta coffee. However, a burgeoning movement is taking root in Uganda as producers recognize the economic value of cultivating higher quality Arabica coffees.
