Located in the Andes Mountains in southern Ecuador within the Podocarpus – El Cóndor biosphere reserve, cooperative PROCAFEQ produces some of Ecuador’s highest quality Fairtrade and organic microlots. PROCAFEQ’s coffees are grown at extremely high elevation, at upwards of 2,100 masl. The altitude is not typical of coffees from Ecuador, and lends deeper sweetness and richer flavors to PROCAFEQ’s excellent microlots. PROCAFEQ’s Reserva is a quality and profile-driven microlot segmentation representing the best and most unique flavors that PROCAFEQ has to offer.
