Beginning Weight: 26g of coffee • End Weight: 415g of coffee
Ratio of Water: 1:16
Preheat your vessel, also getting rid of the paper taste of the filter.
Add freshly ground coffee, bloom and pour to 60-70g. Stir right away.
At 30 seconds, pour to 200g. Pour to the edge of the filter.
Pour to 300g going from in to out, and back in again.
Pour to 451g. Pour from the outer edge into the middle,
working your way back out.
Gently swirl your vessel and carafe for an even extraction.
Tip: Your coffee bed should be flat
