Our Natural Ethiopia Guji Gigesa is sourced from smallholder farmers near the village of Gigesa, just outside Shakiso in Guji Zone. The area’s red clay soil, high elevation, and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry development and exceptional cup quality.

At Gigesa, ripe coffee cherries are carefully hand-picked, floated for quality, and then dried on raised beds in the sun for up to three weeks. This natural process allows the beans to absorb the fruit’s sugars and aromatics, producing a cup that is both expressive and sweet.
